In a million-to-one chance and as fate would have it a direct contact of French President François Hollande, a man by the name of Dr. Patrick Pelloux, likely an intelligence operative, who was also the first witness to arrive on scene at January’s Charlie Hebdo Shooting, has once again managed to emerge himself into the media’s spotlight after being one of the first responders to Friday’s bloody attacks.

Now new bombshell forensic audio evidence suggests Dr. Pelloux was already withemergency personnel who were coincidentally involved in a live, “planned […] multi-site attack exercise” which was taking place that very morning.

Dr. Pelloux also said during the brief interview that because everyone was “prepared”and there was a quick mass “mobilization” of forces they were able to contain the carnage as much as possible suggesting a prestagging of sorts.
