Loughner is the son of retired truck driver Randy Loughner and Amy Loughner, a Pima County manager who worked at Agua Caliente Regional Park.[3][4] They were described by a neighbor as a very private family.[5]
He attended Mountain View High School, and dropped out in 2006.[3] Around this time behavioral problems started to surface, and people noted a change in him. While Loughner had friends in high school, neighbors noted that in the years following he would keep to himself and not respond to others.[6] A high school friend noted a similar change occurring in Loughner after he got alcohol poisoning and dropped out of school.[3]
During this period he was fired from his job at a Quiznos sandwich shop, with his manager saying he underwent a personality transformation. After this he briefly volunteered at a local animal shelter, walking dogs, but was asked not to return with the shelter manager saying “He was walking dogs in an area we didn’t want dogs walked… He didn’t understand or comprehend what the supervisor was trying to tell him. He was just resistant to that information.”[7]
From February to September 2010, Loughner had five contacts with Pima Community College police for classroom and library disruptions. On September 29, 2010, college police discovered a Loughner-filmed YouTube video in which he claimed that the college was illegal according to the United States Constitution. The college told Loughner that if he wanted to come back to school, he needed to resolve his Code of Conduct violations and obtain a mental health clearance indicating, in the opinion of a mental health professional, that his presence did not constitute a danger to himself or others. On October 4, Loughner and his parents met with Campus administrators and Loughner indicated he would withdraw from the college.[8] During his time at Pima a teacher and classmate both said they thought Loughner might commit a school shooting.[9]
According to court records, Loughner had two previous offenses.[10] In October 2007, Loughner was cited in Pima County for possession of drug paraphernalia, which was dismissed after he completed a diversion program, according to online records. A year later he was charged after defacing a street sign in Marana, near Tucson. That charge was also dismissed following the completion of a diversion program in March 2009.[11][7]
The U.S. Army confirmed that Loughner had been rejected as “unqualified” from the service in 2008.[12][13][14] According to military sources Loughner admitted to marijuana use on numerous occasions during the application process.[3]
Dr. Laura Nelson, deputy director for behavioral health at the Arizona Department of Health Services, said the state has no record of Loughner seeking mental health treatment in the public system.[6]

It seems as though Jared is a classic case of Multiple Personality/Dissassociative Identity Disorder with a sub-persona that was activated and carried out this act.
Jared was allegedly known to have gone through a vast character change in the weeks leading up to the massacre. It was evident this young man was suffering from some kind of spiritual issues.

By now we’ve probably all heard the story of the 9 year old girl who was shot and killed during this weekend’s Tuscon Massacre in Arizona. As heart breaking as this story it is, there a few subtleties in the undertones of the tragedy that start to raise red flags as either a dramatized psyop meant to program the public via the media. Or worse, a real life ritualistic sacrifice on the center stage of america.
It may sound rash when you first hear this, but the reality of this story is that this girl either never existed, or was a ritualistic sacrifice chosen from the moment she was born.
Born Sept. 11, 2001, according to NBC station KVOA, she attended Mesa Verde Elementary School. Christina was also involved at her church. She just received her first Holy Communion at St. Odelia’s Catholic Church on Tucson’s northwest wide, Catholic Diocese of Tucson officials said.
Interestingly, Christina Taylor Green(e)’s church is named after St Odelia, a young girl murdered for her Christian faith and purity who became patron saint of the blind.

Another strange factor in this story is that the 9 year old girls’ grand-dad is baseball legend Dallas Green who has connections to nefarious, high ranking, old school, fraternal, freemason types, and who knows what else.

McCormick & Joseph Medill Patterson were both Yale Skull & Bonesmen and McCormick even served as an intelligent officer for the United States Army during the First World War.
