The foundations of physics are reexamined and found to have been based upon incorrect assumptions about charge. It turns out there is compelling evidence to show that charge should always relate to mass as a distributed dimension. Also, there is compelling evidence that there are two quantifiable and measurable types of charges involved in electrical units.
