– There’s an interesting new study everyone’s been buzzing about that bee venom has the power to potentially kill the HIV virus. This toxin has been manipulated into a nanoparticle that has “bumpers” attached so that it leaves your good cells alone and only attacks the HIV cells. These bumpers are pretty self-explanatory, and they hope to create a vaginal gel that is able to be applied to infected areas without harming anything else other than the infection.

As explained in the video, these bumpers are not effective against the rest of your cells in your body. They target only the infected cells. It’s pretty phenomenal how far medical science has come. Researchers hope that nanoparticles will be a way of the future for medical science. So far, that’s the way it seems!
